Return Policy

At Danielle & Scott Toronto, we do our best to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be situations where you would like to return an item. In this Return Policy, we clearly explain our return conditions and process.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original labels, tags, and packaging must still be attached or included.
  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing or using the item is not permitted.
  • Ordering multiple sizes or items with the clear intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at info@daniellescotttoronto.com within 30 days after receiving your item.
  2. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
  3. The item must be returned fully at your own expense, including any possible customs fees or shipping costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as the return remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been delivered to the return address.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs, customs fees, or other return-related costs are not refundable unless required by law.


Responsibility and Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address when placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, this remains the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any address mistakes must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.

After this period, we may no longer be able to make changes before the order is processed.
